Grupo Inmobiliario has promoted for CNMC its corporate headquarters in Barcelona in the 22@ Business Park.
Designed by the Batlle i Roig Arquitectes team, the CNMC headquarters, located at Carrer Bolívia 56, is a unique building with a 12,250 m2 roof area and 154 parking spaces below ground level.
It consists of two distinct spaces: the main building and a second building located in a historic building conceived as an annex to the main building, which preserves its original structure. It has a succession of outdoor spaces in the form of terraces or courtyards that are pleasant to use from inside the building.

Building sold in 2010.
