In mid-2008, Grupo Inmobiliario Castellví completed the construction of the new office building, located on the corner of Calle Tánger and Ciudad de Granada, which is made up of two independent modules, configured as if they were two singular buildings called “Edificio Torre” and “Edificio Zócalo”.
Grupo Castellví completed this corporate headquarters in the 22@ district in 2006 for Indra, the leading information technology multinational in Spain and one of the most important in Europe and Latin America.
The building has a surface area of 11,000m² distributed over ground floor plus twelve floors.

Designed by the Batlle i Roig Arquitectes team, the CNMC headquarters, located at Carrer Bolívia 56, is a unique building with a 12,250 m2 roof area and 154 parking spaces below ground level.

WIP is an exclusive, state-of-the-art, newly constructed office building. The building is located in the heart of the 22@ district, within the Fabrica Pons block, which is being completely remodelled by creating a new green area and a landscape that complements the existing urban structure.
