In 2003, Grupo Inmobiliario Castellví built T-Systems’ corporate headquarters, one of the first and most emblematic buildings in the 22@ district. It is located in the block between Sancho de Ávila, Almogàvers, Badajoz and Ciutat de Granada streets.

The building has a surface area of 23,500 m2 and is distributed over 7 floors and has a covered and glazed longitudinal atrium over the entire height. It consists of a single-storey car park with a surface area of 4,776 m². The office space is open-plan, free of pillars, so that it can be divided and/or grouped into modules of 225 m² (15×25). In the T-Systems building, around 1,500 people are currently employed.
