  • Local Sardenya 225, which was promoted by Grupo Castellvi. The premises, located in a typical corner of Barcelona’s Eixample district, at the junction of Carrer Sardenya and Carrer Consell de Cent, has 764.94 m² and is currently rented to the Vorwerk company, Termomix.
