Building consisting of 29 flats between party walls in the Sant Gervasi neighbourhood.

The project organises a building of 29 multi-family dwellings on a plot between party walls, based on two differentiated volumes of ground floor and five upper floors. One block faces Carrer República Argentina and the other Carrer Sant Gervasi, giving rise to an interior courtyard between the two.

The project as a whole houses 29 dwellings of different typologies organised in two volumes (12 dwellings in the block with access from Sant Gervasi and 17 dwellings in the block with access from República Argentina).

The two blocks share three floors below ground level, occupying the entire plot. One of them is intended for storage rooms, a telecommunications room and a communal space, while the other two are for parking with 38 parking spaces. Access to the car park is via Carrer Sant Gervasi, taking advantage of the lowest point of the site.

The vertical communication cores of both blocks are attached to the interior façade, leaving the façades facing the street free.

The main façades are resolved with a ventilated façade, an option that seeks to give the building a unique image while responding to functionality, sunlight and urban scale.
